Work in the sustainable energy field at Microgreen

Global targets for combating climate change have created growing demands for environmentally friendly products. Microgreen products are leading green energy solutions for homes, cottages, boats and RVs, based on innovations in solar panels, batteries, and complete energy conversion systems.

We are seeking self-motivated and energetic people to bring our innovations to our expansion into the Canada & USA market.

Technical Sales

Help to spread green energy by promoting Microgreen solutions to the growing number of customers wanting to go off-grid. Generate sales while at the same time be enabling and educating customers about the positive economical and environmental benefits of off-grid power. Target customer segments are: homes, cottages, boats, recreational vehicles.

Requirements:

  • a good understanding of electrical power systems
  • ability to understand and communicate technical issues
  • a desire and ability to work with customers: personable, diligent with follow-ups and responsive to customers
  • experience with social media marketing is an asset.
  • experience in a sales and marketing
  • ability to discern market trends
  • 2-5 years of experience working on energy systems, electrical installations, or electrical systems for renewable energy.

Responsibilites:

  • Promote the economic and environmental benefits of Microgreen products
  • Support digital marketing campaigns
  • Timely correspondence with prospective customers
  • Create solutions/configurations based on customer needs
  • Prepare and communicate quotes to customers
  • Support promotions at trade shows
  • On-site visits to customers in Ontario

Schedule: Full time

Work location: 860 Denison Street, Unit 10, Markham, ON
